The Message of Easter

Do you ever feel rejected, overlooked, fearful, or even hopeless?

Have you heard the news????   He Is Risen!  The magnitude of Easter is life changing. “Why do you look for the living among dead? He is not here; he has risen,” Luke 24:5-6.  You can trust the creator of life who gave his life to you so that you can experience new life.  It’s the resurrection that makes all the difference. This is the story that can unlock your story.  “Cast all your care on Him because he cares for you.” 1 Peter 5:7.

I will always remember the first time I had to fly alone without my husband since his passing a few years ago. Besides the painful loss I was fearful and uncertain about my future. As I sat in the seat looking out the window pondering how I was going to manage my different life, the clouds seemed to have a script written from God to me. Isaiah 43:18-19, “Do not dwell on the past. See I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the desert.” I knew right then, God heard me and, in the days, to follow the significance of that verse gave me a sense of peace.

God acknowledges your pain, he’s been there! Don’t stay stuck in your pain. Trust God because he wants to do something brand new in you. It’s already beginning, even if you cannot fully see it yet. He will make a way of bringing hope and peace where there seems to be none.

Maybe you have faced moments of uncertainty and of great sorrow, moments where the weight of the world seemed to press down upon you. In these times, it is important to remember that you are not alone. Easter is a message of hope—a reminder that there is always a path forward, no matter how bleak the circumstances may seem.

The resurrection of Jesus is a testament to the boundless possibilities of renewal and transformation. It is a declaration that life triumphs over death, that hope conquers despair, and that love overcomes all obstacles.

As you navigate the challenges of life, keep your heart open to the signs of new beginnings. Just as the flowers bloom with new life, so too can your heart and spirit find renewal and growth. Embrace the promise of Easter!

Your friend,

Sharon
